Usually, goods or items categorized as “Express Delivery” represent the availability of the items in our HQ in Malaysia and can be shipped out in one business day. All Express items can be arranged to be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received.
WHAT DOES PRODUCTS WITH “LATEST” MEANS?
Lussonet.com carries a wide range of products and that means we are made readily available for pre-orders of items listed in our website. Products listed as pre-order status will take an estimation of 3-4 weeks of shipment delivery from USA to our office for a thorough quality check inspection before the shipment to our customers.
WHAT DOES PRODUCTS WITH “NEW” MEANS?
This simply means the product is a new addition to the current sales event, be it a new style, color, design etc.
SOMETIMES, WHY DOES IT TAKE LONG TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
For Express items, goods are readily available and can be shipped within a 24-hour period after payment is received. This is applicable during working days; Monday – Friday (10am-6pm). For items that do not have Express Delivery tags, those items needs to be pre-ordered in advance. Thus, we strongly encourage you to check the estimated date on our event page to determine when the delivery date is expected. An email/follow up contact will be sent to those who have confirmed orders (upon successful payment).
HOW DOES ONE SALES EVENT WORKS?
Upon entering our website, the main page serves to different kinds of sales based on brands, promotional codes, seasonal promotions and many more. Every day, there will be new sales events and the timeline of each sales event begins at an average 7-day period countdown. Once the 8th day 12.00am strikes, the sales event will automatically end.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST UPON CONFIRMING A PURCHASE FROM LUSSONET.COM?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Once payment confirmation is done, you will receive an automated invoice sent to your email. A notification of the tracking number from the shipping provider will be sent when the products are confirmed for shipment. Products are subject to availability of ready stock and/or pre-order. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If your product’s arrival took longer than expected, please contact us at 03-77332537 so we may assist you any delay of your delivery. All products purchased with Lussonet.com comes with a unique tracking ID that enables us to identify your order. As products are subject to ready stock, some products are required for pre-order will take an estimated duration of 3-4 weeks for delivery. However, if there is any inquiries on the status of order, you can use the Order Number (E.g: INV0001) provided in the invoice to contact us for clarification. If a case of purchasing more than two sale items in one check out, we will proceed to send out either that comes into the office first while waiting on the rest in the list.
Please note that there may be times where we may experience shortfall on specific products during the time of your order. Under these circumstances, you will be contacted immediately and we will attempt to resolve the issue. You are able to cancel your order anytime during this process. If Lussonet.com unable to source the product of your order, we will proceed a refund right away.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once payment has been confirmed, it is usually not possible for a cancellation or change of product. Please email info@lussonet.com for assistance.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As all of our items sold at sale prices, we do not allow any return of products upon payment confirmation. These applies especially to those products that require pre-order from USA and by per-product basis. We impose strict product inspection before it was shipped out to customers to minimize the risk of any faulty of merchandise. HOW DO I CHECK MY LUSSONET CREDIT AND LOYALTY POINTS?
Upon logging in, click into “My Accounts” on the right side bar and you should be able to see your current balance of your Lussonet Credit and Loyalty Points.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?
You can do so under “My Accounts” section, under “Edit My Accounts”.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS FEATURED AT LUSSONET.COM GST INCLUDED?
Yes. It is GST included. All order confirmation will receive an invoice where the final payment is listed.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please immediately contact us within 5 working days so we can assist you on the matter. To allow us to assist you better, we would appreciate if you could snap pictures on the affected area so we can determine the fault at info@lussonet.com. Any confirmed reimbursement would be in the form of store credit (Lussonet Points) or exchange of product with same/lower value.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ORDERS.
In the case of purchasing more than two items in one check-out, we will usually ship out whichever is readily available in our office first. In the account of delay, an estimation of 3-4 weeks required for any pre-order items. However, you may contact us and by providing your invoice number we will be able to efficiently inform you on your status of order.
WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I SHIP TO?
We provide free delivery to any part of Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
However, in cases of weekdays when you are working, it is advisable to provide your office address so our shipping provider can locate you during working hours. Alternatively, you can choose to send to your home address just as long a person is able to collect the parcel on your behalf.
CAN I SELF-COLLECT?
Yes, this can be arranged within Klang Valley area or the vicinity of our office area in Damansara. Please contact us to set a time and date at 03-77332537, 2 hours before arriving.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY LUSSONET POINTS?
Every purchase with Lussonet.com entitles you to our Lussonet Points. With every RM100 spent, you accumulate a total of 100 Lussonet Points. This is then converted into credit value of RM1 to your account. You can start redeeming your points after a collection of 1000 Lussonet Points in your account. You can choose the option of redeeming your Lussonet Points in your Shopping Bag and pay the rest through your desired payment gateway.
CAN I USE PROMOTIONAL CODE AFTER REDEEMING MY LUSSONET POINTS?
Yes, you can. Just enter the code after point redemption in your Shopping Bag.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM AFTER CHECK-OUT?
This is not possible as your unique Invoice has been created from your first order. You will need to proceed with a new check-out for a new product.

Some items are restock-able. In the account of any product sold out, you may contact us to clarify for a restock status.
DO YOU HAVE A STAND-ALONE STORE?
Lussonet.com is purely liaising into online business only, hence there is no physical stores at the moment.
